   Last week, 1st client/investor Public mutual aku dah aku register, since bandar seri putra nie lebih dekat dengan seremban, so aku pon submit investor registration form kat sana, alhamdulillah semua selesai, aku proposed utk invest dalam Public Ittikal, tapi pada 16th June aritu Fund nie dah close, so..

Masterchef Malaysia on Utusan (8/6/11)

     Salam ...selepas hampir 2 minggu Masterchef Malaysia nie diam takde sebarang berita, tetiba aku telah diberitahu oleh adik ipar aku (tq dik!!).. dalam Utusan bertarikh 8/6/11 ade artikel  tentang Masterchef malaysia audition yang aku attend baru2 nie. Heheh..kalau tgk kat newspaper cutting nie..gambar masa tasting session , nak jadik cite gambar masa group aku plak tu yang diorang ambik..aku plak..masa tu la plak pandang camera..hihihi...yg dok hujung skali baju merah belang2...baru aku terperasan...nmpk outstanding lak pakai baju belang2 tu compare ngan orang lain...heheh..ade gak muka aku kat dalam paper ..leh wat kenang-kenangan hari tua..heheh...

Salam...almost 2 weeks aku tak menulis kat blog nie dan post terbaru nie memang aku tak sabar nak tulis.. Cuma dari sehari ke sehari aku delay coz melayan member baru dalam family aku...Ummar ibn Heilmy ..baby boy .lahir pada tanggal 27th May 2011 tepat jam 8.23pm bersamaan hari Jumaat , 23 Jamadilakhir 1432H di Hospital Pakar An-Nur, Bangi..

       Hmm... lagi 28 jam sebelum isteri tersayang  masuk operation room di hospital An-Nur , Bangi. Insyallah..esok 27th May 2011, jam 4 ptg dijangkakan isteri aku akan masuk ke O.T utk menjalani C-Sect dan Insyallah..seorang insan bernama Ummar akan mula melihat dunia..aku memang berdebar menunggu si Ummar nie lahir...same goes to my beloved wife..tapi aku selalu cakap kat die, sabar , bila sampai masa Insyallah dia kluar...aku tau dia anxious and excited.. aku happy jugak tgk dia happy..rilex...and masih bole wat keje macam biase. Takde bende sangat aku nak cerita  kat sini cuma aku sentiasa doa utk keselamatan mereka berdua dan segalanya berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. To ayg, me will alwiz love you..:) Salam..

2nd Round of Masterchef Malaysia

Salam semua...kita sambung skit dari last post aku tentang 1st round of Masterchef Malaysia audition di KL. Utk 2nd rouind nie ialah cook off session yang mana aku kena bawak semua raw materials utk buat resepi aku masa 1st round haritu. Kali ni aku diberi masa selama 5 min utk prep materials, 50min utk masak and 5 min utk present depan para juri.

I'm officially a Unit Trust Consultant

     Alhamdulillah...last Sunday (22nd May) akhirnya  dapat juga aku SMS dari Public Mutual berkenaan agent code , since agent code nie penting kalau tak kita masih belum boleh dianggap sebagai Unit Trust Consultant and masih tak boleh buatkan investment untuk semua client in the future. Bila dah dapat agent code nie..maka secara rasmi aku dah jadik seorang Unit Trust Consultant with Public Mutual. Start last week lagi aku dah mula cergas dengan kerja2 penerangan kepada beberapa prospek aku tentang Unit trust investment yang setakat nie alhamdulillah menguntungkan. Since Unit trust adalah tergolong dalam mid term to long-term investment, kiranye elok lah utk family2 muda utk mula buat investment/menyimpan utk education fund anak2 kita nanti, retirement plan bila kita dah tak bekerja nanti, dll. dari segi investment, capital bole dapat dari 2 cara , cash & EPF. Dalam waktu sekarang nie , paling mudah ialah investment dengan membuat withdrawal Akaun 1 EPF. So, kita tak terasa sangat lah nak kluar duit dari poket seniri , maklumlah..RM50 pon agak berat nak kluar even utk investment, so melalui EPF kita akan buat withdrawal and terus invest ke unit trust melalui beberapa jenis fund yang Public Mutual tawarkan. Public Mutual Unit Trust adalah Syariah-Compliance so kita jgn risau kehalalalan nye. Insyallah, aku ade time , aku sambung skit lagi tentang jenis fund yang ditawarkan or sape2 blogwalker yang terbaca and berminat bole contact aku anytime . Wassalam..

1st Round of Masterchef Malaysia

Salam semua, hari ni aku updatekan  tentang audition yg aku pegi pada 21st May , hari Sabtu baru2 ni...semangat punye pasal , even badan letih giler , aku dayakan jugak bangkit kul 3 pagi lepas wife aku kejut. Dia cakap , bangkit..nak masak tak..aku dgn badan letih lesu...Masterchef punye pasal ..aku bangun gak utk siang sotong and udang yg aku beli and start preparing the dish ...nway..menu aku yg nak dipersembahakan pada jury pada audition nie ialah

Salam semua..hmm..Masterchef nie kalau nak kira antara program reality yg aku paling suka tgk buat masa nie..be it Masterchef US, Masterchef Junior or masterchef Aussie..semua aku suka...cara memasak diorang nie plak impressive...kalau chef yg kat hotel 5 bintang!!! budak2 lak tu..!!! peh ..mantap...nway...Masterchef nie dah mula merebak dan mula dah menjajah Malaya nie...so..aku dgn excitednye cuba la isik form masterchef nie yg hampir 10 pages..(tak lalu nak isik )

Cute Result for my CUTE exam..

Hehehe...Alhamdulillah..finally..i've passed my CUTE  exam  after a month of struggling and preparation of it. But still, i need to wait for the office to contact me regarding the certificate ,authorisation card and most importantly my Agent Code. It seemed awkward yet fun sitting in an  exam after almost 8 yrs ago i last doing it..huhuh...feeling the same old adrenalin rush sensation..nway..thanks ayg for your undivided support...:)

CUTE - 14th May 11

Argghh...!!!my CUTE exam is just around the corner..feels like  having butterfly in my tummy this whole week..hihi....4 past year papers down..1 more to go...wish me all the best !!!

Hmm..final checkup kat Kuantan, Dr. kata baby still in transverse position and if te baby's position remains till week 36, then we are advised to underco C-sect. itu yg ayangku nie lemah nie...kalau bole di taknak..tapi insyallah...we'll how it goes in another 2 weeks time..yek...anyway..this week wife aku dah start takle tido malam..kejap2 bangun...perut rase tak sedap...aku bagitau dia..kalau on the next checkup dapt MC..maknanye dia akan start bercuti dari 20th onwards..dan aku akan berada di KL utk 2 bulan. hang on ayang k...nnt papa gitau Ummar suruh rilex kat dalam tu dulu...cukup time baru kuar k..give ibu a break a bit...k..luv ibu and Ummar...

Mie kari sama tapi tak serupa.....

Salam, arini aku pegi kemaman amik stok VeMMA mangosteen juice yang dah dekat seminggu tak minum..Skynet tak anta plak ke Kijal nie arini..ape daa..kata courier service tapi ade plak area yg tak anta..pelik tul aku...next time biar aku bukak courier service seniri la kalau susah..biar aku cover area Kijal nie..jadik wakil Skynet..waa..marah betul bunyik...nway..stok juice dah dapat...bole wife aku minum ..sian Ummar teringin nak minum..hihi..oklah..nak cite skit..cecite...balik jek dari ngambik jus..wife kol..dia ajak makan skali...aku tanye nak makan kat ne..cam biase..dia terdemut2 jawab tak tau..hmm..aku bab gini yg malas nie..malas nak pikir nak makan kat ne..last2 aku cakap..pikir then sms aku nak makan mana..last2 dia ajak makan kat gerai C2..ntah ape nama penuh gerai tu..aku tak hingat...sampai sana kitorang pon orderlah..haritu makan mihun suop dah..kalai nie nak try mie kari..aku suka jek mee kari..kalau makan kat gerai tepi pantai..slalu mkn mee kari..order sampai aku mkn..wife pon sama...so aku compare la ngan gerai yg aku biase makan..just imagine harga sama RM4..tapi bahan mcm byk takde..kat sini telur suku..kat sana telur separuh..kat sini takde kentang..kat sana mewah kentang...ayam sama byk..tauhu sama byk..sedap?? kat sana aku rase lagi best...aku pelik la...camne lah diorang nie meniaga.bab telur pon mau kedekut ke...tak kayanye kalau bagi telur suku ..apel yg nak save sgt...kentang pon berapa sen sgt kan..masuk la dalam kuah kari tu..ape la salah..nway..aku bab makan nie jenis tak cerewet..tapi kerap kali rase pelik la kat peniaga nie bila tgk ape yg diorang jual/bagi bila kita beli...kadang2 rase mcm duit kita nie tak laku pon ade jugak...klah..aku nak prep masak..masak telur masak kiap..balik nnt wife aku nak makan dinner..aku arini..hmm..makan sekut cecah ayer melo je lah!!!!..salam

Letih tul !!!

Dah dekat 4 hari tak tulis apapa. Nway, aku memang letih , lesu, barai..last week drive balik ke KL, dari kemaman kul 10 malam, sampai kul 1 pagi kat bangi...kul 2 lebih baru tido, bangun subuh pas tu breakfast, pagi tu gi umah bro buat photoshoot dekat separuh hari..letih bai...balik mlm tu ke alamanda lak..jalan ngan wife and ipar..kaki dah naik gigil nie...balik umah terus tumbang..esok pagi hari jumaat gi hospital bwk wife gi checkup kat An-Nur bangi..sampai pagi..register...checkup lepas jumaat...abis checkup..amik nafas skit..then terus ke Nilai..wife nak beli mesin jahit..SINGER..setel jek membeli mesin jahit..terus shoot ke Bangi...sampai bangi..sket lagi nak landing..terus ke ICity..makan kat Ar-Rawsha...makanan Arab...peh perut penuh..mata mula berat...drive balik ke bangi dari Shah Alam..yg dalam keta pon sume dah lentoq..aku dah risau dah nie..bukan pe..takut aku skali lentok...aku ni kalau yg dalam keta sume tido..mungkin2 aku gak layu...so..aku tarik tangan wife aku bila aku rase cam nak layu...(sian ayg..sorry ekk..)..blk umah sampai lepas solat terus tumbang...esok ari sabtu dalam kul 11 pagi dah packng masuk barang dlm keta..terus gi KL lak..wife nak carik handphone ..dia lama mingidam dah tu..hihi...takpela...ronda2 dlm Pertama complex..jumpa la hp yg dia nak..tak cite byk..terus beli...then terus push off ke kemaman...sampai umah ngam2 Maghrib..so..tu le activity weekend yg penat sgt..aku ingat cuti 3 hari tu...1 hari aku kat atas jalan kira2nye...klah..ni pon rase ade balance2 lesu tak abis buang lagi...jus VeMMa aku tak sampai lg lak tu..:( oklah..aku landing dulu..k..slm

Some decisions are made quickly while there are others that involve a lot of deliberation. Then there are those that can't be altered as compared to those that can be revoked. Read on to know about the different types of decision making...

Different Types of Decision Making

The following are the most common types of decision making styles that a manager in a business or even a common man might have to follow.

Irreversible: These decisions are permanent. Once taken, they can't be undone. The effects of these decisions can be felt for a long time to come. Such decisions are taken when there is no other option.

Reversible: Reversible decisions are not final and binding. In fact, they can be changed entirely at any point of time. It allows one to acknowledge mistakes and fresh decisions can be taken depending upon the new circumstances.

Delayed: Such decisions are put on hold until the decision maker thinks that the right time has come. The wait might make one miss the right opportunity that can cause some loss, specially in the case of businesses. However, such decisions give one enough time to collect all information required and to organize all the factors in the correct way.

Quick Decisions: These decisions enable one to make maximum of the opportunity available at hand. However, only a good decision maker can take decisions that are instantaneous as well as correct. In order to be able to take the right decision within a short span of time, one should also take the long-term results into consideration.

Experimental: One of the different types of decision making is the experimental type in which the final decision cannot be taken until the preliminary results appear and are positive. This approach is used when one is sure of the final destination but is not convinced of the course to be taken.

Trial and Error: This approach involves trying out a certain course of action. If the result is positive it is followed further, if not, then a fresh course is adopted. Such a trail and error method is continued until the decision maker finally arrives at a course of action that convinces him of success. This allows a manager to change and adjust his plans until the final commitment is made.

Conditional: Conditional decisions allow an individual to keep all his options open. He sticks to one decision so long as the circumstances remain the same. Once the competitor makes a new move, conditional decisions allow a person to take up a different course of action.

To Join or Not To join ????

Hmm.. macam2  jenis respond yang aku dapat when it comes to promoting the VeMMa business. Ada yang tak minat, tak pandai IT, takde internet connection, susah nak carik orang, produk bole jual ke tidak, dan macam2 lagi la yang aku dah dapat. Whatever it is, for me it  all revolves around a question of decision making. Most of those who came up with the reason, has already made up their decision whether to join or otherwise. The reason is just to clarify why they dont wanna join. Perhaps they wanna play safe or they wanna be secure with what they have and hey.. i dont blame them for that. nway, today i spoke to 1 of my prospect through FB. Aku explain kat dia dalam lebih kurang 15 min tentang business nie, and he  threw few question yang basic.ok. he seemed convinced with the biz plan, compensation plan,package offered etc. Its just that dia nak jumpa ngan aku, perhaps dia nak pastikan yang aku wujud , biz wujud bukan scam , ade office kat Malaya nie. Aku terus minta dia unutk hadirkan diri ke Biz Preview di VeMMA off di Jaya One malam nie . Aku pun happy jugak kalau prospek2 nie peg ke Biz preview, so that diaorang leh tanye leader2 yang ade di HQ tentang sebarang kemusykilan. Insyallah, kalau ade rezki tak kemana....join ke tidak...kita tunggu next post..salam

Ummar 31 Wks



Salam to all, semalam ke Kuantan Specialist untuk routine monthly checkup utk baby. Hmmm..lepas scan , tgk si Ummar masih lagi dalam transverse position...doc cakap dia comfort ngan position tu ..hmm..doa2  by the time nak deliver , si Ummar nie akan duduk at descend position , typical postition untuk baby sebelum nak keluar. Nway, development dia steady..reaching 1.7kg this week (31st Wk). Semua normal..alhamdulillah, wife dah risau bila doc cakap mungkin kena Caesarean kalau Ummar masih dok transverse position. Insyaallah..ade masa lagi untuk Ummar pusing ...come on Ummar, kasi ibu senang sikit k, nanti papa belanja..Chop n Steak ...heheh

Waiting for approval....



Aku pun dah lupa bila kali terakhir aku log in ke account FB nie...sampai la hari ni wife aku log in kan utk aku...and found out that more than 50 frenz requests yg masih blom aku approve lagi...huhu...kalu tgk dekat pic tu ..ade lagi balance 38 request blom aku approve...itu pun lepas aku approve secara ad hoc ..rasa tak sedap plak bila org request kita tak approve..anyhow..aku kena jugak go through in details...ntah sape2 yang di approve...bahaya tuu..kena ambik precaution jugak ...so..esok aku kena go through balik the remaining request..hopefully semua aku kenal and boleh bagi approval......to all my frenz...sorry yek..lambat approve....to my beloved wife...tq coz alertkan me psl my FB..tq..salam..
